And much can be said for the local church that understands that undervaluing mentality and then strategically moves to establish and reinforce the value of "community." Intimate community not only provides the context for individual growth (discipleship) but is one of the great "intangibles" for corporate effectiveness. The "plugged-in" person becomes your informal seed carrier of vision. Great point.
