And much can be said for the local church that understands that undervaluing mentality and then strategically moves to establish and reinforce the value of &quot;community.&quot;  Intimate community not only provides the context for individual growth (discipleship) but is one of the great &quot;intangibles&quot; for corporate effectiveness. The &quot;plugged-in&quot; person becomes your informal seed carrier of vision.</description>
